Refund Policy

We want you to be confident purchasing from Attract Brands LLC. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. It applies to all purchases made on attractbrands.com.

1. One-Time Project Tiers

For one-time projects (Launch, Standard, Premium):

  • Before work begins: Full refund within 7 days of payment, provided we have not yet delivered any milestone (e.g., kickoff materials, first drafts, or scoped research).
  • After work begins: Refunds are pro-rated based on the percentage of work completed. Costs already incurred for third-party tools, stock assets, or domain registrations purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
  • After delivery: Once the final deliverables have been delivered and accepted, the project is non-refundable.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Scale):

  • You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing info@attractbrands.com.
  • After cancellation, your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of the current billing period.
  • We do not pro-rate downgrades. If you downgrade your plan, the new price takes effect at your next billing cycle.

3. Custom Engagements

For custom engagements outside the published tiers (e.g., bespoke statements of work), refund terms are governed by the signed Order. If the Order is silent on refunds, the one-time project rules above apply.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at info@attractbrands.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues resolve within 3 business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may suspend access to your project files and Services until the dispute is resolved.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@attractbrands.com with:

  • Your name and the email used to purchase
  • The project name or invoice number
  • The reason for the refund request

We respond within 3 business days and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on Stripe and your bank.

6. Exceptions

We do not refund:

  • Subscription charges already collected for the current billing period
  • Third-party fees we paid on your behalf (domains, stock licenses, paid plugins, hosting)
  • Projects where you have failed to provide required content, feedback, or approvals after multiple reasonable requests, resulting in a breakdown of the engagement
  • Time-and-materials work completed at your direction

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was in effect on the date of payment.
