Cookie Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-07

This Cookie Policy explains how Attract Brands LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on attractbrands.com and its subdomains. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as login state, language, or analytics consent) over time so you don't have to re-enter them on each visit. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and tags.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

We group the cookies we use into the following categories:

Essential (always on): required for the Services to function. These keep you signed in, remember your consent choices, and protect against attacks. The Services do not work without them.

Examples: session cookies set by Clerk for authentication; CSRF tokens; load-balancer cookies set by our hosting provider.

Functional: remember your preferences (theme, language, last-viewed page) so the Services feel personalized.

Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Services so we can improve them. These collect aggregated, mostly anonymous information about page views, clicks, referrers, and performance.

Marketing: we currently do not use cookies for retargeting or advertising. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

3. Third Parties

The cookies on the Services may be set by us or by third parties acting on our behalf, including:

  • Clerk — authentication
  • Vercel — hosting and analytics
  • Stripe — payment fraud prevention (only when you reach a checkout page)
  • Convex — application state for signed-in users
  • An analytics provider (such as Vercel Analytics, Plausible, or similar)

These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

4. Your Choices

Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies through Settings → Privacy. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Services will not work.

Do Not Track: because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, our site does not currently respond to them.

Opt out of analytics: you can opt out of analytics in your browser by enabling DNT or by using a privacy-focused browser. We aim to use only privacy-respecting analytics that do not require cookie banners in the EU; if that changes, we will display a banner asking for consent.

5. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or remove tools. Changes are reflected on this page with a new "Effective date."
